OUR STORY
Founded in 2025, The Cooling Rack Micro Bakery began as a cozy in-home bakery driven by a love for handcrafted bread and baked goods. What started as a passion for perfecting sourdough, focaccia and sweet treats quickly grew into a small, welcoming business where every loaf, bun, and pastry is made with care, quality ingredients, and a touch of heart.
We believe in slow fermentation, small batches, and the joy that comes from sharing freshly baked goodness with our community. You can find us at our weekly local farmers market in the warmer season, or by checking out our weekly preorder.
